A collection of Videos has outlined here to assist our community to enhance their quality of practice and avoid of any confusions due thousands of meditation techniques introduced worldwide. Our practice is based on Mindfulness in line with Early Buddhist Teachings (Theravada) and Scientific researches.

We endeavour to keep this up-to-date. Dhamma Nikethanaya Buddhist Meditation Centre (DNBMC) takes no responsibility of those videos other than our productions. If you encounter any problems of watching any of the videos, please be kind to notify us and we will amend it. Also if you find any other video documentary suitable for our community, please be kind to share with us.

Videos are followed with a reference from DNBMC to help people to get an idea whom it should be mostly suitable for. For example, those who have not done Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation Course will not understand or will not make any sense of some videos. Some videos are suitable for those who have finished Advanced Mindfulness Meditation Course or Diploma in Mindfulness Course. Therefore please mind the DNBMC references alongside the videos.

  Kathleen Pajer is a Professor and Head, Division of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Dalhousie University Faculty of Medicine. She is also the Chief of the IWK Health Centre Department of Psychiatry. Dr. Pajer obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Connecticut in Special Education in 1973 and taught in the public school system for several years before attending and graduating from the University of South Alabama College of Medicine in 1982. She did her residency in Psychiatry at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Hanover, NH and at Yale University School of Medicine in New Haven, CT where Dr. Pajer was also a Robert Wood Johnson Clinical Scholar. While at Yale, Dr. Pajer earned a Master's in Public Health from the Yale School of Public Health. Dr. Pajer was on the faculties of the University of Pittsburgh, Allegheny University of the Health Sciences, and the Ohio State University prior to joining Dalhousie in 2011. She has studied the mechanisms of female antisocial behavior for the past 17 years.
