Who can do: Anyone can attend. (Professionals, students, or general public). Some may need a short assessment with the teacher. It is a secular course purely aiming to develop wellbing. There is no obligation to any belief (faith) to practice mindfulness.

Previous qualification: No need. Beginners course is the best place to start for those who are new to meditation or mindfulness

Course Procedures: Participants are expected to maintain consistency and punctuality. Regular weekly homework abide by weekly instructions are very important to follow. It is OK to miss one or two sessions but to take one or two from the first three is extremely important as we don’t accept anyone to the course after the first three sessions. At the end of the 08 weeks, those who have successfully met the requirements of the course will award an acknowledgement certificate of the completion of the course

Course Contents: This 08 weeks Course is aiming to give a comprehensive and accurate understanding of Mindfulness Meditation. It is well structured on scientific evidences, advanced from Neuroscience & Application (London King's College IOP), MBCT, MBSR, DBT, ACT, Compassion Therapy & Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

Special Note: In accordance with the tradition of our charitable organization we do not put a fixed price tag on our teaching services, but we do ask for a minimum course contribution donation of £120/= per person per course to cover our costs. This needs to be met at the beginning of the course as we offer first reserve first get opportunity to use the limited opportunities to make them best use. This is a very basic contribution to cover the expenses to keep the course available. If there is any surplus, this will go direct to the Mindfulness Meditation Centre to be used for charitable purposes.
